Experience:
Prior to entering the career management field over 20 years ago, I managed or served as a change management consultant in a number of industries, including telecommunications, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and others. My work in leadership training, organization development, outplacement and change management gave me the opportunity to work with and gain knowledge of a wide variety of work environments and disciplines. That experience allows me to provide valuable insights to my clients whether they are deciding on a major, a career or career change.

• Executive and middle level managers
• Professional level employees
• Individual students
I primarily work by telephone with clients from all parts of the country on an individual basis and am available to work in person with individuals living in the Central Ohio region as well.

Experience:
I have been involved in oceanographic scientific research and teaching since 1989 and in 2008 decided to become a Certified Highlands Affiliate. This test changed my life and I would love to empower you to change yours. I enjoy working with clients who want to learn more about themselves and how to channel this incredible insight into making a contribution that is right for them and for the planet.
|
Clients:
My clients include High School students, trying to decide if going to college is right for them, or if so, which one, big or small, liberal arts or more technical? My clients include students trying to make the most of their college years, trying to figure out what to major in, what kinds of classes to take, how best to study. My clients also include post-graduate students and others who are just plain stuck in their lives, trying to figure out what to do with their lives and how best to make their contribution while on this planet.
I am available to work in person with those on the central coast of California or by phone (or Skype) with clients elsewhere.
