I have developed programs and focus in three areas:

Adults who want to make a career change, retire, find avocations or learn more about themselves. Work frequently with attorneys. I also utilize the Strong Interest Inventory and the Myers Briggs. I offer group and individual feedback sessions, coaching and workshops.

Companies and organizations who want to maximize the talent of their employees so they will be working in the optimal work environment and using their innate abilities. Work also in the area of leadership development and developing a vision.

High school and college students who are trying to discover career possibilities.

I am helpful to clients by being intuitive and sensitive. My wisdom and experience in the career industry is invaluable. I am very good at brainstorming possibilities and helping people bring about change.

It is gratifying to work with people and actually see them make changes in their life. With adults, it can be very challenging to find new career directions. Its also gratifying to see adults within organizations maximize their abilities.

One adult wrote,
"Initially, I was skeptical of what the testing would tell me. What I was not prepared for was how all that information put together could change my life. The testing, your synthesis and input, I feel as though I am on the right path to success. I can utilize all my natural abilities to succeed in a career."
