We assist individuals with changing career directions, or starting a business, or wishing to enhance their current careers. We also have a strong focus on assisting high school and college students define majors and career paths by identifying their natural abilities.

I was certified as a Highlands Affiliate in 2002. For several years, I have
provided assessments, coaching, classes and workshops for students and adults in career transition. During my earlier career I was an instructor and program director in higher education. North Carolina State University MALS.
