 My focus in on helping individuals build self awareness and to realize and achieve their career goals and career happiness.
I also work with organizations on career development, career coaching and redundancy counselling using the Highlands Ability Battery so that individuals can manage their own careers and maximise performance and job satisfaction. I am enthusiastic about helping people to get the best from themselves, others and their careers but am also caring and understanding of the issues and challenges change can bring. I have been told I am a good listener and I am committed to providing a professional but enjoyable service.

I am a qualified Occupational Psychologist and Career Counsellor and a member of The British Psychological Society and Institute of Career Guidance. I have several years experience working in the field of career counselling, coaching and assessment. MA Honours Psychology, Aberdeen University Msc Career Counselling and Management, University of London Msc Occupational Psychology, University of Strathclyde and Caledonian University Level A and B Psychometric Testing including MBTI, OPQ and of course The Highlands Ability Battery This includes students and graduates who are choosing their careers and individuals who are changing, re evaluating or wanting to get more from their life and career.
