 I am a career counselor whose focus is on assessing strengths and helping people identify and understand their natural talents and abilities. This enables them to match their work or schooling with their strengths and assets. I analyze each personīs Highlands Ability Battery and give him or her in-depth feedback . This process allows me to assist a broad range of people: high school and college students, adults in career transition, or corporate clients interested in career self development. In addition I have a special focus in non-profit and mental health careers.
I enable people to integrate information from the Highlands Ability Battery along with their own experience of their strengths. I am skilled in showing how they work most effectively and decide their next step in their personal and professional development.

Since 1998 I have been a Certified Feedback Provider of the Highlands Ability Battery. During that time I have conducted conferences with more than 500 students, adults, and corporate clients from companies such as IBM, Bell South, and Coca Cola in addition to non profits.
